REFUNDS & REPLACEMENT
We offer a refund or an exchange based on the damage that happened during the transit of goods delivered or if the customer receives the wrong product that was not ordered by them. We do not offer refund or exchange on personal cancellations of orders without a warranted reason.
If a fault is discovered in our products, you could send us an e-mail, notifying us of the damaged products, we would reply as soon as we can. Once your complaint has been attended to and processed, we would send you an email notifying you, stating if your request has been accepted or rejected.
We require a proper unboxing video of the parcel with no cuts and pauses where the damaged product is clearly seen to be eligible to place a return/refund request.
If your request is approved under our guidelines of Return Policy, then you will have the option to either Exchange or Refund. If you opt for exchange then we can send you another piece of the same design or anything else for that price. If you opt for a refund then please note that a return would be sent on your previous mode of payment.
In such a case, we request you to contact us immediately within 48 hours of receiving your product by writing an email to us at nuboojewels@gmail.com with the details of the issue and attach relevant images/videos in the email along with mentioning your Name and Contact Number.
Please use the email id from which you had originally placed the order with your name and product image.

CANCELLATION
Before you place your order, you can view the contents and the total amount in your shopping cart. Once your order has been placed, no further modifications or cancellations can be made.
